Lou started LCD Property Management Services in 2020 with a clear mission: do everything outdoors and do it right every time. As an Eagle Scout, he was taught from a young age that quality, integrity, and service to the community are non-negotiable — and that's exactly how he runs his business.
What started as a local landscaping operation has grown into a full-service outdoor property management company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Lackawanna, Wayne, Luzerne, and Monroe counties.

Lou launches LCD Property Management Services out of Moscow, PA. Starting with landscaping, mulch, and lawn care, with a focus on residential clients in Lackawanna County.
As the client base grew, so did the scope of work. LCD adds retaining wall, patio, and excavation services, acquiring heavy equipment to handle larger commercial and residential projects.
LCD expands into full-season coverage with snow plowing, removal, and ice management services. The first commercial snow contracts are signed in Lackawanna County.
Sealcoating, crack filling, patching, and gravel driveway installation are added to the lineup — becoming some of our most requested services.
LCD now serves clients across four counties with a full fleet of equipment and a dedicated crew for both residential and commercial properties.
